Office Administrator

Job Description:
Part-time / job share office administrator in Basingstoke for a well established (1982) coffee company.
We sell and support a wide range of coffee equipment, from filter coffee machines to the worlds best espresso machine, alongside our range of in-house roasted coffee beans.
We are looking for someone who can support the day-to-day office functions by assisting with customer queries, maintaining the customer database, taking and entering orders, helping with delivery queries, and probably lots of other roles as experienced by a small focussed company.
Hours between 08:30 and 17:30, Monday - Friday
Salary and Benefits: TBC

Qualifications Required for the Role:
An understanding of general computer systems (Word, Excel etc), good telephone manner, customer focussed.
Number of Hours per Week: Up to 40, probably 15 to 20 for a job share role - TBC
